Welcome to AREvents. By accessing or using our website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- General. AREvents is an online platform for booking event tickets, party reservations, and related merchandise/services.
- Eligibility. You confirm you are 18+ or using the service with parental/guardian consent.
- Services. All bookings are subject to availability and organizer confirmation. Some events may have additional terms.
- Payments. Secure online payments are accepted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) via Visa and MasterCard. You must be authorized to use the payment method.
- User Conduct. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Liability. AREvents is not liable for cancellations or changes made by event organizers or third-party providers.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Venue: Amman courts.

- Booking & order details, preferences, and support requests.
- Payment data handled by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway (we do not store full card numbers).

- Process bookings, deliver tickets/merchandise, and provide customer support.
- Verify payments, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security.
- Send service notifications; marketing only with your consent (opt-out anytime).

Security. We use SSL/TLS and industry practices to protect data. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

3) Refund Policy
- Event Cancellations. Full or partial refunds are issued if an event is canceled by the organizer.
- Customer Requests. You may request a refund up to 48 hours before the event start time; approval may depend on the organizer’s policy.
- Method & Timeline. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times depend on your bank.
- Fees. Service/transaction fees and used portions of services are non-refundable unless required by law.
4) Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellations. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the event/service time. After that, bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Organizer Changes. If an event is postponed or materially changed, you may choose a refund or alternative date subject to availability.
- Fraud Prevention. We may cancel any booking for suspected fraud or policy violations.
